March for Babies 2013

This past weekend I walked in the March of Dimes March for Babies along with our team full of amazing women, their kids, their spouses, oh and like my whole family. (FYI: here we are last year!)

Have I mentioned that I have made some of the greatest friends through blogging? I was one of the first of my friends to get married and start popping out wee ones, so blogging is the way that I have met other moms with kids the same ages as mine. They are seriously some of the greatest people I know. This year we raised over $6800 and we marched in style because Ergobaby donated a new carrier to each baby wearing mom on our team and on top of that, a mini ergo for each toddler. Guys. A huge thank you to Ergobaby, and to our team captain Mandy for making all the magic happen. I’m already excited for next year!

Steppin Out Saturday: March for Babies!

Saturday we stepped out to the March for Babies in Tacoma. The weather was beautiful and the company was even better.

{On me// Shoes: Nike// Jeans: Gap// Tank: H&M// T-shirt: Target// Sweatshirt: J Crew// Sunglasses: from my mama!}

{On Lily// Shoes: Stride Rite// Jeans and Sunglasses: Children's Place// T-shirt and Sweater: Target.}

{Holy cuteness!}

{We jumped eventually.}

 {Stoked and soaked.}

The afternoon consisted of much needed pedicures with my sister and a BBQ with friends. It was a big day for the little miss and she was worn out!

{What a happy kid.}

The day ended with a relaxing bath for Mama and a good night sleep for all. I hope you are having a wonderful day celebrating all the mothers in your life. I'm off to enjoy this beautiful day!
